How to Sign Up – Parent ONLY

The student must go to www.cuttime.net. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select “For Guardians." Scroll down to where it says "Sign Up for Classic CutTime Account".  

Fill out the requested information. This is parent information, not student. Under "Subscribing School" type Hudson ISD - 75904. When this information is filled out, the program will send you an email requesting you create a password for your login.

Now parents, login to Cut Time, then scroll down to "My Children" and select "Add a Student/Member". This section is for students only. Here is must have their own email. DO NOT USE THE SAME EMAIL AS THE PARENTS. Doing this will lock you out of the program.

Finances

One of the main advantages of this software is that parents and students can be up to date all the time on their account. As soon as the treasurer processes a payment, the parent and student can login and see how much they owe, or how much credit a student has in their account.

Documents

The respective handouts, documents, and letters sent home can all be found in Cut Time. Forms handed in will also be tracked through Cut Time, so you can check to see if your child has submitted the paperwork you sent with them. Please check this regularly, and make sure your child is up to date!

Update Information, ASAP!

Please login to your Cut Time account ASAP and update your child’s information. This is the easiest way for us to maintain the most current and up to date information. Please also click on the “Adult contact” tab, and update your contact information please. We want to be able to reach everyone in the case of an emergency, and this website allows us to do it very easily. Please help us out!
